Job Description
RecruitNet International Ltd specialises in Healthcare recruitment for Domestic and Overseas candidates for Hospitals Nursing Homes Home care and Community care.
We are hiring CNM2 Oncology Day Unit into a Hospital in Dublin Ireland.
Responsibilities
- Monitors and evaluates patient care processes and outcomes on the patient care unit to ensure that competent compassionate and efficient care is provided effectively.
- Recruits and maintains skilled empathetic employees while maintaining high performance standards and fostering fair labour practices.
- Promotes a caring work environment by the availability of safe equipment and adequate supplies in an effectively organised physical setting.
- Operates and participates in continuous quality improvement and risk management programmes at the unit level working together with multidisciplinary colleagues.
- Attends staff meetings analyses emails and checks other postings.
- Improves the collegial consultantnursing interaction by acknowledging the importance of creating a respectful working environment.
- Monitors fiscal budget to control operational and capital expenditures while monitoring and adjusting staffing patterns to improve unit productivity.
Requirements
- The NMBI General Nurse licence is still nursing qualification recognised after registration.
- Have a postgraduate qualification in oncology nursing.
- Preferably have a postgraduate management qualification.
- Five years of clinical experience and two years of progressive managerial experience are necessary.
- Three years experience in an oncology day unit is essential.
