Job Description

Adelphi is seeking skilled Licensed Marriage and Family Therapists (LMFTs) to provide schoolbased therapy and consultation services for students in Mountain View California. The ideal candidates will work with children and families to support emotional development and wellness within an academic setting.

Requirements:

Active California LMFT license (in good standing)

Eligible for supervision of trainees or associates or on track by July 30 2025

National Provider Identifier (NPI)

PPS Credential (preferred)

Bilingual in Spanish (preferred)

At least 2 years of clinical experience preferably in school or youth settings

Familiarity with schoolbased counseling models (e.g. MTSS)

Background check clearance required

Responsibilities:

Conduct familyfocused and studentcentered therapy

Provide group and individual sessions tailored to K 8 needs

Develop behavioral and therapeutic strategies alongside school staff

Log services and progress in the districts electronic system

Participate in school support meetings (SST COST)

Engage parents/guardians in planning and interventions

Uphold best practices and confidentiality protocols

Attend districtrequired training including CYBHI processes

Perform additional duties as required by school administration.
