Job Description
We are looking for a warm and friendly full time Customer Service Officer for Doutta Galla Aged Services Grantham Green. This is a full time parental leave cover contract position where you will be the primary point of contact providing high quality focussued adminstration and reception services to residents/particpant. clients visitors and contractors.
To be successful you will bring enthusiasm for customer service and administration with a dedication to assisting others. Coupled with excellent organisational and time management skills you will have exceptional attention to detail. You will be technology savvy and experienced using various MS Office tools is a must.
The role involves:
- Prompt and courteous phone answering accurate message taking and timely information transfer.
The first point of contact for all customer service enquiries at Grantham Green including telephone email visitors and contractors.
Efficiently and effectively performing administration tasks and supporting procurement activities.
Attending meetings to take minutes.
Coordinating replacement of planned and unplanned staff leave and completing administrative tasks related to rostering.

Doutta Galla Grantham Green in St Albans is a boutique aged care residence home to 44 residents and surrounded by Green is located in the centre of St Albans close to the local community centre and facilities.
