This role would be leading both the BlenderBottle and Whiskware brands. We launched the BlenderBottle brand over 20 years ago and created an entire category in the process. Since then it hasnt stopped growingand we didnt stop there. We followed it up with Whiskware our second brand built to bring fun and function into everyday routines. Now were looking for the next bold leader to take the reins of both brands. As Brand Director youll own the P&L steer strategy and of all 4Ps and unlock new opportunities for growth across two dynamic product lines. Were after a savvy collaborative leader with sharp instincts an entrepreneurial spark and the vision to scale categorydefining brands in a fastpaced innovationdriven environment.
Responsibilities:
- Lead strategy and of brand building innovation commercialization of new products and business model optimization
- Orchestrate annual brand plans to deliver financial and volume targets
- Create purposedriven brand/channel strategies that drive significant and sustainable brand growth
- Understand the consumer and work with data to unlock key business insights for product innovation and marketing messaging
- Collaborate with crossfunctional partners to assess and evaluate solutions orchestrate annual plans and ensure across 4Ps is consistent with brand foundation
- Partner with Sales to create compelling stories to profitably win share and distribution with key customers
- Partner with Product Development to build a robust innovation pipeline built on consumer insights
- Oversee demand planning to forecast by applying business insights
Qualifications :
We seek team members who are adept at contributing their personal expertise to a collaborative work environment. For this role were looking for someone with the following skills and experience:
- Bachelors degree and minimum 7 years of experience. MBA preferred.
- Background in consumer packaged goods industry with brand management or P&L Ownership/General Management experience.
- Experience across all 4Ps to lead brand strategy and
- Proven ability to develop and launch new products
- Strong financial acumen and understanding of P&L mechanics
- Excellent analytical skills and ability to translate data into meaningful insights and action
- Ability to lead brands in all stages of growth
- Comfortable pitching brand plans to internal and external customer stakeholders
- Success in leading & coaching others
- Excellent communicator and interpersonal skills
- Selfstarter with ability to work with minimal supervision
- Ability to strategically choose levers to balance shortterm commitments and longterm brand health
