Job Description
Employee Responsibilities:
- Perform labscale downstream processing of vaccine products and process intermediates
- Perform assays on vaccine products process intermediates and related experimental samples using biochemical/analytical tests
- Prepare solutions/reagents
- Setup process equipment for labscale experiments
- Maintain records and experimental results following good manufacturing practices (GMP)
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Engineering with 2 years of industry experience or Masters in Engineering
- Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship
The Ideal Candidate would possess:
- Experience with Purification and Filtration Column Chromatography HPLC FPLC TFF Centrifugation Membrane Filtration
- Strong computer scientific and organizational skill
- Excellent communication (oral and written) and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team selfmotivation adaptability and a positive attitude
- Ability to learn new techniques perform multiple tasks simultaneously keep accurate records follow instructions and comply with company policies
- Proven ability to work independently in handson laboratory setting
Additional Information :
Position is fulltime and permanent MondayFriday 8am5pm with over time as needed. Candidates currently living in a commutable distance to West Point PA are encouraged to apply. Onsite work is expected in order to be effective in this role.
