Job Description

As the Senior Manager of Finance McDonalds Loyalty Program you will play a critical role in driving growth of the My McDonalds Rewards Loyalty program on a global scale. Key candidates for this position will be able to become the finance lead on a crossfunctional team helping to model out the financial implications of various program enhancements to inform longterm strategy.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Serve as the subject matter expert on all Finance topics related to the My McDonalds Rewards loyalty program  including project budgeting and tracking corporate accounting implications of new features and modeling out expected financial impacts.
  • Develop new financial models to estimate the impact of various proposed enhancements to the My McDonalds Rewards program on a global scale. Potential models could include new inapp features new customer value options and potential 3rd party partnership opportunities
  • Communicate recommendations to leadership on which enhancements and partnerships should be prioritized to best grow customer usage of the My McDonalds Rewards app.
  • AdHoc Projects: Assist with various adhoc requests and special projects related to growth of the My McDonalds Rewards program such as cost/benefit analysis project spend prioritization financial contract analysis
  • Create global modeling frameworks and tools to assist individual markets around the world in determining the best decisions for their markets.
  • Collaborate and become a key thoughtpartner to the crossfunctional global My McDonalds Rewards team (Technology Marketing Operations Market Finance Corporate Strategy)

This role will report to the Director of FP&A Business Advisory Services

The expected salary range for this role is $129800 $165490
The above represents the expected salary range for this job requisition. Ultimately in determining your pay we may also consider your experience and other jobrelated factors.


Qualifications :

  • Bachelors degree (or equivalent) in Accounting or Finance
  • 8 years of experience; previous FP&A Big 4 or similar experience preferred
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint proficiency including familiarity with building complex financial models with large amounts of data
  • Executivelevel communication skills and presence ability to levelup the details identify whats important and advise our leadership
  • Proven track record of managing competing priorities and addressing roadblocks desire to work independently amid ambiguity in a fastmoving environment
  • Strong interpersonal skills ability to interact with all disciplines levels and cultures and build relationships
  • Strong analytical skills and storytelling abilities through business case thinking and frameworks
  • A strategic mindset bias towards action skepticism of the status quo and cando attitude someone who is not afraid to dig in uncover problems and find solutions as a collective team
