Job Description
We are looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer to join our growing engineering team and support the stability scalability and performance of our cloud and onpremises infrastructure. This is a handson role requiring strong problemsolving skills deep coding experience and the ability to diagnose and resolve complex production issues. Ideal candidates will be comfortable working in hybrid environments and have solid experience with cloud platforms Kubernetes and automation tools.
Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot debug and resolve infrastructure and deployment issues across cloud and onprem environments.
- Write and maintain sophisticated code in Python and Java to support automation and internal tools.
- Manage and optimize CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation using tools like GitLab CI and Jenkins.
- Configure and maintain Kubernetes clusters handle incident response and performance tuning.
- Design and maintain infrastructure as code using Terraform and bash scripting for cloud provisioning.
- Support both onpremises infrastructure and cloud services (hybrid model including GCP).
- Work with OpenStack for private cloud management if applicable.
- Maintain software configuration management tools and establish version control best practices.
- Collaborate with developers QA and other DevOps engineers to ensure high system reliability and streamlined release cycles.
Qualifications :
- 5 years of experience working as DevOps.
- Handson experience with Python for automation monitoring and infrastructure as code over the past 3 years.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting and debugging complex systems.
- Handson experience with cloud infrastructure especially in hybrid environments (onprem Cloud (GCP/AWS/Azure).
- Solid understanding of infrastructure as code using Terraform and bash scripting.
- Experience maintaining and debugging Kubernetes environments.
- Strong foundation in software configuration management tools (e.g. Git Ansible Chef Puppet).
- Excellent analytical and troubleshooting abilities.
- Comfortable working in fastpaced collaborative environments.
- Strong communication skills to work across crossfunctional teams.
- Eagerness to take ownership of problems and see them through to resolution.
Nice to have:
- Experience with largescale distributed systems.
- Exposure to multiple cloud platforms and hybrid infrastructure strategies.
- Experience writing code in Java and .
- Familiarity with OpenStack for private cloud provisioning.
