We are seeking a motivated Application Consultant for our Brainlab Digital O.R. integration covering our installed base in Dublin. Reporting to the Director Sales UK & Ireland you will be based at the customer location and part of the Brainlab UK & Ireland team.
Responsibilities:
- Educate train and provide onsite guidance to physicians and hospital personnel
- Perform new system installations and software updates
- Communicate effectively with customers to troubleshoot issues
- Demonstrate organizational and planning skills including task prioritization and time management
- Initiate upgrade projects and sell service contracts to existing customers
- Monitor and promote customer usage of products
- Attend meetings and trade shows to promote products and services
Training: 4 to 6 weeks at headquarters in Munich and in the field with experienced colleagues.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor or Master degree in Engineering/Technology Medical Technology or related field or equivalent experience
- Experience in digitalization of video/data flows PACS Vendorneutral archives and HIS systems in hospitals is a plus
- Selfplanning organization and implementation of service activities
- Knowledge of IT networks and server environments
- Ability to work as part of a team or individually
- Good sense of humor
- Willingness to travel
- Fluent in English
