What you will be doing:

- Working in the pastry section preparing cakes pastries and other desserts for the pastry shop as well as other food & beverage outlets
- Assist in other sections of the kitchen.
- Knowledge of chocolate and bread production is an added advantage
- Kitchen maintenance and cleaning following food safety requirements
- Maintaining and ordering stocks and supplies

Additional Information :
Your team and working environment:
- You would be reporting to the Pastry Chef / Sous Chef
- The kitchen takes care of all the Pastry and Bakery production for the coffee shop in room dining speciality restaurants and banquets
- The team also takes care of live cooking stations in the restaurants and Banquet.
- You would be responsible for receiving of goods cleaning storage and food preparation
