Job Description
As the Area Director of Leisure Sales for Solage & Stanly Ranch you will lead our sales efforts in the leisure market driving revenue growth and building strong relationships with clients. You will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies managing a team of sales professionals and collaborating with other departments to deliver outstanding leisure experiences. The ideal candidate has a strong background in sales a deep understanding of the leisure industry and a track record of exceeding targets.
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to drive revenue growth in the leisure market.
- Lead and mentor a team of leisure sales professionals setting clear targets and expectations.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities partnerships and revenue streams.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients understanding their needs and delivering exceptional service.
The starting range for this position is $. This is the pay rate for this position that Solage reasonably expects to pay. Decisions regarding individual salaries will be based on a number of factors such as experience and education.
Qualifications :
- Proven experience in a senior sales leadership role with a focus on the leisure or hospitality industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills with a track record of building and motivating highperforming teams.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze market trends and identify growth opportunities.
- Passion for the leisure industry and a customercentric mindset.
