POSITION SUMMARY
The Human Resources Coordinator will be responsible for personnel administration supporting recruitment processes and assisting with training and development initiatives. This role requires excellent organizational skills strong communication abilities and a proactive approach to HR functions.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Education: High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
Knowledge of the Italian language is mandatory.
Related Work Experience: At least 3 year of related work experience.
Supervisory Experience: No supervisory experience.
Previous experience in HR or administrative roles is preferred.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR software.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
