Job Description
Celtra is looking for a skilled digital designer with 3 years of experience in display or digital advertising to join our Creative Services team. The ideal candidate is proficient in digital design and animation and can transform creative briefs into captivating visuals. They will be responsible for understanding internal and client briefs working creatively within brand guidelines and delivering highquality results.
Celtra brings together talent from all backgrounds in the hearts of our offices in London New York and Ljubljana.
We are looking for a design candidate who thinks outside the box and is capable of approaching work confidently and presenting their vision. If you take pride in your pixelperfect design skills and cant wait to share your innovative visual ideas you might be a perfect fit.
Responsibilities
- Design ads for our current advertising campaigns
- Work in Creative Automation to build creatives
- Demonstrate skills in composition design animation and video as they pertain to the digital media landscape
- Collaborate with other Designers Customer Success Manager and other gotomarket team members
- Support Lead Designers on all assigned tasks
Qualifications
- 3 years of experience in digital design
- Undergraduate degree in a design or designrelated field (graphic design fine art motion graphics or multimedia)
- Strong communication an ability to explain visual design ideas and concepts with simplicity
- Depth of experience in design software: Photoshop InDesign Illustrator After Effects or Premiere and Figma
- A drive to produce a wellinformed design with pixelperfect attention to detail
- A portfolio including digital design work (presentations websites mobile apps advertising) and conceptual examples;
- Detailoriented selfmotivated and effective communicator who thrives in a fastpaced everevolving landscape
- Experience working with creative teams able to appropriately balance feedback and suggestions in an effective and impactful manner.

Base Salary Range: $60000 $75000 plus bonus dependent on seniority and applicable experience
