Job Description Summary
The Graduate Operations Manager GOM is a paraprofessional member of the Office for Residence Life responsible for the ongoing assessment of the operations for the Universitys thirtytwo residential facilities. The position serves as the secondary contact for all University housing operations pertaining to moving services extermination laundry furniture student rental services & facility assessment. This position works in conjunction with the Assistant Director for Housing Operations in responding to facility emergencies and assisting in planning for upgrades to residence halls. This position also assists the Coordinator for Operations Technology and Access on handling break housing early arrivals and student security. The GOM is supervised by the Assistant Director of Housing Operations.
