Duties and Responsibilities
Ownership of monthly and annual financial reporting
Managing full general ledger and reconciliations
Overseeing VAT submissions and compliance
Producing and analyzing management accounts
Driving process improvements and financial efficiencies
Supporting strategic financial planning and forecasting (FFF)
Experience and Skills Required
Qualified CA(SA)
35 years postarticles experience
Strong exposure to financial reporting (FFF) reconciliations management accounts and VAT
Analytical thinker with attention to detail and business acumen
Comfortable working independently and leading finance processes
Industry experience in property is ideal but were open to sharp candidates from other sectors
