An innovative and fastgrowing company in the health life sciences and biomedical research sector is seeking a Finance & Accounting Lead to manage its financial operations.
This is a missiondriven organization working to support patients affected by cognitive disorders through cuttingedge research and health solutions. The group includes multiple related entities.
Key Responsibilities
Manage accounting and bookkeeping for multiple entities
Monthend closings and bank reconciliations
Prepare and analyze monthly/annual financial statements
Strengthen internal controls and ensure financial compliance
Manage cash flow and liquidity
Develop budgets forecasts and financial reports
Provide strategic financial insights to leadership
Contribute to some HR tasks (onboarding benefits)
What Were Looking For
Bachelors in Accounting Finance or related field (CPA is an asset)
5 years of experience ideally in a multientity setup (health tech research or professional services)
Strong understanding of accounting tax and ERP systems
Experience with grants and tax credits (e.g. SR&ED)
Strategic thinker with solid analytical and communication skills
Bilingual: Fluent English required; French at 80 fluency is great no need for perfection

Vous contribuerez une mission fort impact humain : soutenir les patients atteints de troubles cognitifs grce la recherche la technologie et des solutions de sant de pointe. Le groupe comprend plusieurs entits complmentaires.
Responsabilits principales
Grer la comptabilit pour plusieurs entits
Effectuer les critures de fin de mois et conciliations bancaires
Produire et analyser les tats financiers mensuels et annuels
Mettre en place et renforcer les contrles internes
Grer les flux de trsorerie
laborer les budgets prvisions et rapports financiers
Fournir des recommandations stratgiques la direction
Participer certains volets RH (intgration avantages sociaux)
Profil recherch
Baccalaurat en comptabilit finance ou domaine connexe (CPA est un atout)
Minimum 5 ans dexprience idalement en contexte multientits (sant services professionnels recherche ou tech)
Matrise des normes comptables fiscalit et outils ERP
Exprience avec les subventions et crdits dimpt (ex : RS&DE)
Esprit stratgique rigueur et aisance collaborer avec la direction
Bilinguisme : anglais requis franais fonctionnel 80 pas besoin dun franais parfait
