The Opportunity
- As a Facilities Manager youll oversee the maintenance and performance of building systems equipment and grounds. You will be your chance to shape facility operations and support a highperforming team.
- Lead critical facility operations ensuring performance across electrical mechanical and plumbing systems.
- Improve efficiency by managing budgets contracts and capital improvement projects.
- Develop a skilled maintenance team promoting technical and professional growth.
- Champion safety and compliance ensuring adherence to OSHA NFPA and environmental regulations.
- Onsite at HSN in Piney Flats TN

- The Facilities Operations Manager reports to the Regional Facilities Manager / Director of US CREWS Fulfillment and leads a team of maintenance professionals external contractors and safety partners.
Your Impact
- Lead facility maintenance operations ensuring equipment and infrastructure run at their best.
- Manage budgets and capital spending optimizing resources for longterm efficiency.
- Develop and track goals to measure operational success.
- Partner with procurement to negotiate contracts for facility services and equipment maintenance.
- Guide compliance ensuring facility adherence to safety and environmental regulations.
What You Bring
- Bachelors degree in Industrial Mechanical or Electrical Engineering preferred or 10 years of relevant experience.
- 5 years of management experience focused on team development and operational leadership.
- Facility & Equipment Expertise: knowledge of electrical mechanical and construction systems in highvolume facilities.
- Experience with EAM/CMMS programs.
- Familiarity with OSHA NFPA and preventive maintenance systems.
Remote work is not permitted in NYC at this time.
