Job Description
Overview
The CT Lead Tech will assist and oversee the daily work flow of the CT department with respect to the corresponding schedule. The CT Lead Tech should be knowledgeable and show proficiency in the skills necessary of a CT Technologist. The CT Lead Tech supports and contributes to their department and hospital objectives by assisting the Administrative Director Manager and CT/DI Coordinator with any tasks or technical situation that may arise. The CT Lead Tech will act as an advocate for guidance as well as instruction/supervision for all employees throughout the CT department. The CT Lead Tech complies and will enforce all established policies and procedures of the department hospital and all requirements related to accrediting bodies.
Qualifications
Education & Training: Graduate of a JRCERT approved Rad Tech program.
Experience: One year as a registered CT Technologist required. One year of supervisory experience preferred.
License & Certification: ARRT required KY Radiation Operators certification required BLS required.
