We are looking for an account manager who will be excited by working in a new startup environment and will have familiarity with B2B sales and account management for Enterprise level customers.
The successful Account Manager will be comfortable navigating ambiguity and operating in a startup environment. Key job responsibilities Own strategy and commercial growth of our customers based internationally (e.g. China US India etc) but shipping cross boarders into the United Kingdom
Drive revenue adoption and market segment share for our product
Earn trust of customers (shippers) and recommend product solutions that fit their business needs meeting and exceeding targets for customer revenue and/or feature adoption
Measure performance articulate rootcause analysis and link to specific improvement areas
Relay market segment needs and requirements back to internal Amazon teams
Analyse current purchasing processes and evaluate opportunities for solutions to improve end user experiences reduce costs and accelerate organization performance.
Drive and accelerate spend adoption through advising customers on best practices for using our product.
Assess program risks anticipate challenges and provide escalation management when necessary
Bachelors degree Experience in developing negotiating and executing business agreements Experience in a professional field or military Experience developing strategies that influence leadership decisions at the organizational level Experience managing programs across cross functional teams building processes and coordinating release schedules Candidate most be fluent in Mandarin both spoken and written
