Atlas Workplace Servicesare seeking a dedicated and skilled Business Systems Support Engineer to join our dynamic team. This role is primarily homebased with occasional travel to Milton Keynes. The successful candidate will be responsible for the support optimisation and enhancement of our organisational systems and processes including ERP and CAFM platforms. You will ensure their optimal functionality and provide technical support to endusers.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities
Systems Implementation Integration and Support
Provide handson support for ERP CAFM or similar business systems addressing user issues and ensuring smooth daytoday operation.
Assist with the integration of systems and ensure compatibility with existing processes and software.
Work collaboratively with stakeholders to tailor system functionalities to meet evolving business needs.
Data Management and Automation
Utilise SQL to manage extract and manipulate large datasets to ensure accurate and efficient reporting.
Employ Python/Java to automate repetitive workflows and enhance system integration processes.
Maintain data accuracy and integrity across systems and databases.
Business Process Analysis and Improvement
Work with business stakeholders to analyse existing workflows and identify inefficiencies.
Design document and implement process improvements to enhance operational performance.
Artificial Intelligence and NextGen Tools
Leverage knowledge of LLMs and their applications to identify opportunities for automation and improved efficiency.
Explore possibilities for integrating AIdriven tools enhancing systems to meet future requirements.
Reporting and Dashboard Design
Develop and maintain dashboards reports and data visualisations using Cognos.
Translate raw data into meaningful insights enabling datadriven decision making across departments.
Continuous Innovation and Support
Proactively identify and resolve technical challenges to ensure uninterrupted system performance.
Stay informed on new tools and technologies and assess their potential value to the organisation.
Provide enduser training and documentation for supported systems and processes.
About You
Minimum Qualifications Certifications and Training Required
GCSE in English and Maths or Equivalent.
Essential Knowledge Skills and Experience for this Role
Competent with Oracle SQL.
Experience with CAFM or ERP systems.
Experience with Business Intelligence tools (e.g. Cognos).
Advanced Excel skills including Visual Basic.
Experience of data analysis using an LLM.
Experience with process design and implementation.
