Assistant Teacher Flexible Hours
PartTime Ages 14 Welcome Must be available some Mondays & Fridays
Do kids seem to naturally connect with you Do you find joy in being around children and jumping into their world Are you looking to be part of a supportive faithfilled team Join us as an Assistant Teacher and help create a caring fun environment for kids of all ages!
Looking for flexibility Were happy to work with your schedule but we do ask for availability on at least most Fridays. This role includes a variety of tasks and opportunities to work with different age groupsevery day is a little different!
Key Responsibilities:
Child Care & Interaction
Engage with children through play conversation and care
Monitor and support childrens safety health and emotional wellbeing
Assist with personal care needs (diapers spills runny noses handwashing etc.
Join in on field trips and swimming daysyes that means getting in the water!
Use positive guidance and redirection to support appropriate behavior
Environment & Teamwork
Help maintain a warm clean and childfriendly space
Keep areas sanitary safe and inviting
Collaborate with a great team that values encouragement and growth
