Pay Rate:$85.00 per hour
Duration: 06/02/2025 08/31/2025
Schedule: Monday Friday 8:00 AM 5:00 PM (excluding State holidays)
Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced IT Business Analyst 3 to join our team.
The selected candidate will perform highly advanced (seniorlevel) business analysis work with a strong focus on strategic system improvements user requirement analysis testing coordination and effective stakeholder communication.
Level Description
This is a seniorlevel position requiring:
- 8 years of experience in business analysis
- A high level of independent judgment and initiative
- Strong data analysis and requirements gathering skills
- Previous experience acting as a liaison between business and IT teams
- Project management knowledge (PMP certification is a plus)
Responsibilities
- Analyze user requirements and project deliverables for the systems
- Troubleshoot system issues for staff and participants
- Develop and deliver training on MIS modules including nutrition education and clinic services
- Assist in business process mapping and reengineering
- Design and conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
- Provide feedback on system enhancements release notes and communication materials
- Identify and mitigate project risks monitor project progress and ensure timely deliverables
- Collaborate closely with vendors state agencies and local staff on technical solutions and system improvements
- Regularly review Sprint summaries and dual participation records
- Deliver highquality customer service and serve as a knowledgeable resource to team members and stakeholders
