Job Description
We are seeking a servicedriven and detailoriented individual to join our team as Concierge Manager. This role combines Manager on Duty responsibilities with a strong focus on concierge services ensuring a personalized seamless experience for every guest. From prearrival planning to poststay followup youll be the key contact for guest services local partnerships and daytoday hospitality operations.
Key Responsibilities
Guest Relations & Concierge Oversight:
- Serve as the primary contact for all concierge services managing VIP guests crafting custom itineraries and ensuring elevated guest experiences.
- Oversee prearrival planning and ensure all guest preferences are anticipated and executed.
- Follow up poststay to build longterm guest relationships and encourage return visits.
- Foster and maintain strong relationships with toptier local vendors restaurants and experience providers.
- Stay active in local concierge and hospitality associations to remain current and connected.
- Coordinate and execute group bookings including detailed itineraries and logistics management.
Manager on Duty Responsibilities:
- Act as Manager on Duty during assigned shifts ensuring smooth operation of the front office and guest service teams.
- Lead by example in delivering warm intuitive service that reflects the tone of our boutique property.
- Support and guide front desk team members helping troubleshoot guest issues and operational needs.
- Oversee the cleanliness organization and presentation of guestfacing and backofhouse areas.
- Maintain accurate administrative records including reservations billing and service documentation.
What Were Looking For
- Proven experience in luxury hospitality or concierge services with a strong background in guest relations.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask while maintaining a calm welcoming presence.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Passion for Charleston and a wellestablished network of local connections.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings weekends and holidays. Occasional overnight shifts may be required based on operational needs.
- Leadership mindset with a handson approach to problem solving and guest service.

Schedule
- A blend of day and evening shifts.
- Weekend and holiday availability required.
