Details
The Division of Nephrology & Hypertension at the University of Utah is recruiting for a faculty position within the Clinical track with Academic rank commensurate with experience. This position will be located in the Ogden Utah area and southeast Idaho area. This position involves comprehensive clinical nephrology care of patients in local dialysis units nephrology clinics and inpatient consults with opportunities for teaching and research. Qualifications: The successful candidate must hold an M.D. degree with board certification in Internal Medicine and Nephrology and have or be eligible for a Utah Medical License. Academic rank and salary will be commensurate with qualifications. The Division of Nephrology provides education patient care and research in all aspects of pathogenesis and treatment of renal disease and hypertension. The Division employs 33 faculty members and 12 APCs. Consultation services are maintained at the University of Utah Health communitybased hospitals and the Veterans Administration Medical Center which provide exposure to: General Nephrology Hypertension Renal Transplantation (including combined pancreas and renal transplants) and Dialysis (all modalities).
