The positions include Companion Care and Personal Care. We are looking for experienced compassionate Individuals to provide nonmedical care to seniors in their homes.

• CNA (Certified Nursing Assistants)
• CHHA (Certified Home Health Aides)
• HHA (Home Health Aides)
• Care Aides
• Nursing Students
• PCA (Personal Care Aides)

Responsibilities:
Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing grooming and dressing
Provide medication reminders and assist with Transfers using Slide Board or Hoyer
Assist with meal planning and preparation
Perform light housekeeping tasks such as laundry and dishes
Monitor clients health and report any changes or concerns to the appropriate parties
Provide emotional support and companionship to clients
Communicate effectively with clients families and the care team
Adhere to all company policies and procedures to ensure the safety and wellbeing of clients

Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years of experience as a caregiver preferably in a home care setting
Slide Board Lift experience a must
Ability to pass a thorough background check and drug screening
Knowledge of basic caregiverskills and techniques
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Compassionate patient and able to handle stressful situations with professionalism
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks such as bending stooping and standing for extended periods of time
Must be willing to work flexible hours including some weekends and holidays
