Were a new research lab in San Francisco currently focused on developing new foundational capabilities for enabling useful AI agents. Were pursuing several key research bets that will enable AI agents to perform realworld actions learn from human feedback selfcoursecorrect and infer our goals. In particular we are really excited about the work in combining large language models (LLMs) with reinforcement learning (RL) to solve reasoning and planning learned world models and generalizing agents to physical environments. Our work builds on that of Amazons broader AGI team which recently introduced Amazon Nova a new generation of stateoftheart foundation models (FMs).

Key job responsibilities
As a Principal Technical Program Manager youll work closely with our research and engineer teams to build our agentic platform.
7 years of technical product or program management experience
Experience managing programs across cross functional teams building processes and coordinating release schedules
Demonstrated experience building beloved products for developers
Deep knowledge of developer workflows and experience with API design
Love for ambiguity and creating something new from scratch
Ability to clearly articulate product vision and requirements in written documents
Interest in AI agents bonus if youve worked in the space (either formally or through side projects)
