How Youll Create Possibilities

As a Commodity Buyer youll develop and lead international sourcing strategies for your assigned commodities. Your work will directly impact our cost structure supplier performance and longterm product success. Youll collaborate crossfunctionally with engineering quality and operations teams to ensure a stable supply chain and continuous improvement across your portfolio.

What Youll Bring to Our Team

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute sourcing strategies for raw materials and manufactured components
• Deliver cost savings through negotiation and redesigns
• Lead quoting negotiations and purchase order issuance
• Act as a subject matter expert on assigned commoditiesunderstanding materials markets and supplier capabilities
• Partner with engineering quality and materials teams to solve challenges and identify opportunities
• Drive supplier leadtime reduction and consolidation initiatives
• Monitor supply chain risks and develop mitigation strategies

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in a related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in supply chain sourcing or program/commodity management
• Proven skills in negotiation supplier selection and contract
• Strong project leadership and communication abilities
• Ability to travel up to 10 (domestic and international)

Preferred Qualifications

• Degree in engineering or business
• 2 years of sourcing experience with a focus on commodityspecific purchasing
• Experience supporting highvolume manufacturing environments
• Exposure to New Product Introduction (NPI) in an operations R&D or manufacturing setting
• Six Sigma or equivalent certification
