Job Description
Creditors Manager Stellenbosch
Our client a wellestablished logistics and transport solutions company based in Stellenbosch is looking for a creditors manager to join their team. This role involves managing the groups creditors function efficiently ensuring accurate processing timely payments cost control and compliance with financial standards.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Lead train and manage the creditors team.
- Oversee invoice processing and vendor payments.
- Maintain supplier records and financial reports.
- Ensure compliance with IFRS for SMEs and internal controls.
- Support audits and manage external stakeholder relations.
- Drive continuous improvement and adopt digital tools.
- Support of finance strategies and crossteam collaboration.
- Matric with Maths & Accounting (tertiary qualification advantageous).
- 35 years experience in a similar role.
- Bilingual in Afrikaans & English.
- Strong computer skills (GSuite MS Office; Shipshape/Pastel Evolution a plus).
- High attention to detail good communication skills and ability to work under pressure.
