How Youll Create Possibilities

This position is located in Louisville KY. Housing and relocation assistance is not available. This is a yearlong position and should be able to be onsite. Assignments may include:

• Assist in evaluating analyzing and understanding the voice of the customer through various data sources translating insights into actionable user experiences.
• Support the creation of documentation and standard operating procedures to ensure consistency and clarity in product and operations management processes.
• Perform competitive research to identify industry trends best practices and opportunities for innovation.
• Assist in process mapping and design activities to improve workflow efficiency and effectiveness.
• Perform various website testing activities for SaaS SmartHQ Platforms and log issue tickets for discrepancies and deviations from expected behaviors.

What Youll Bring to Our Team

Required Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelors degree or better in engineering industrial design software design data visualization or similar degree program.
• Candidate must be actively enrolled and be in good academic standing in an accredited school or university pursuing a degree in one of the above majors.
• Cumulative GPA greater than or equal to 3.0/4.0
• Ability to work approximately 20 hours per week throughout the school year and 40 hours per week over summer during normal business hours (Mon. Fri. 8:00am 5:00pm).
• Due to the nature of this position the candidate must be local to Louisville KY or surrounding area. This position is ineligible for housing & relocation benefits.
• Reliable transportation to and from work daily is required
• Unrestricted authorization to work in the United States both now and in the future; GE Appliances will not sponsor applicants for work visas for this position.
• Strong organizational skills with the demonstrated ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines.
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Word PowerPoint and Excel.
