Job Description
Job Functions
- Unify the Coop and Belk Media network under one core team to maximize revenue brand visibility and customer experience
- Build strategy to simplify program integration through a unified platform with clear guidelines and selling tools
- Work with the CMO and cross functional teams particularly our merchant organization on the strategic vision and strategy for the CoOp and Belk Media Network marketing channels to align with global marketing strategies to acquire new customers while retaining and reengaging current customers.
- Create and execute Coop and Retail Marketing Network strategy for Belk unifying under Belk Partnership Marketing
- Manage vendor communications and strategic selling approaches while partnering with merchants
- Accountable for account management campaign planning//management budget management project management and testing ideation and
- Handle multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
- Consistently explore and develop new ideas to increase customer engagement and sales
- Develop and maintain effective communication with internal and external partners
- Stay abreast of market trends and how we leverage them for our business
Position Contribution Level :
Advanced Level
Minimum Education & Experience:
- Bachelors Degree in marketing or equivalent work experience
- 5 years of experience leading and building teams
Knowledge & Skills
- A strong understanding of retailer and supplier dynamics; including JBPs coop marketing and merchandising
- Experience with working with vendors third parties internal business partners and building the revenue through the Retail Media Network
- Excellent communication skills including business writing communicating strategies and effectiveness
- Strong analytics skillset with experience managing analysis of financial customer or industry datasets to inform strategy / solution outputs
- Ability to identify key stakeholders incentives align goals and bring others along to drive progress
- An entrepreneurial spirit with an ability to identify opportunities drive progress develop others and thrive in ambiguous environments
- Leadership skills Experience building leading and developing a strong performing team
- Project management skills
- Able to work both independently and in a team environment
- Understanding of the retail climate and landscape and impact to the business
- Experience in a fastpaced environment
