Khan Academy Kids is an awardwinning learning program for children ages 28. Kodi Bear and a cast of animated characters lead children on a personalized education journey filled with fun standardsaligned activities in early literacy math executive functioning and social emotional skills. Used by millions of children in homes and classrooms worldwide Khan Academy Kids is part of Khan Academys mission to provide a free worldclass education to anyone anywhere.
THE ROLE
As the Khan Academy Kids Marketing Lead you will be responsible for developing and executing acquisitionfocused marketing strategies. You will work closely with crossfunctional teams to reach our key audiences of district decisionmakers grassroots teachers and families. Your efforts will directly support our sales team in expanding school district partnerships while also increasing teacher adoption and growing our family user base. This role requires a deep understanding of B2B and B2C acquisition strategies including app store optimization (ASO) paid media and education sector marketing.

The target salary range for this position is $120800 $151000 USD / $163080 $203850 CAD. The pay range for this position is a general guideline only. The salary offered will depend on internal pay equity and the candidates relevant skills experience qualifications and job market data. Exceptional performers in this role who make an outsized contribution can make well in excess of this range. Additional incentives are provided as part of the complete total rewards package in addition to comprehensive medical and other benefits.
