DescriptionDNV is looking to hire a Planner on a 12 month fixed term contract based in our Sydney office. While this role being based in Sydney is our preference we are also open to considering candidates in other parts of Australia.
- Schedule audit activities and input schedules into our IT system.
- Continuously liaise with clients and auditors to finalize audit dates.
- Communicate scheduled audits to clients and assessors.
- Ensure that all audits are meticulously planned and delivered on time adhering to established procedures rules and regulations.
- Plan capacity and resource utilization to optimize operational costs.
- Collaborate with the technical function and sales department.
- Contribute to enhancing analytical efforts for accurate forecasting.
- Ensure timely reporting by assessors for completed projects.
- Update our production system to maintain accurate auditrelated information.
- Perform any necessary administrative work related to activities/projects.

Qualifications- Preferred tertiary education.
- Prior experience in a similar industry (certification National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) community care etc. is advantageous.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (Word Excel Outlook etc. and systems (e.g. Oracle).
- Strong written and spoken English along with effective communication skills.
- Exceptional problemsolving abilities with the capacity to quickly and efficiently address urgent scheduling issues through proactive initiative.
