Description of role:
You will be part of the TWI India team based in Chennai which collaborates to streamline administrative processes ensuring accuracy timeliness and efficiency in all aspects of operations primarily related to training and examination services.
You will play a crucial by contributing towards smooth flow of operations and optimising administrative functions. This position requires a proactive teamworking thoroughgoing individual with strong communication and courtesy skills.
While working in a crossfunctional environment you will be responsible for coordinating with internal/ external stakeholders preparing reviewing and editing reports proposals and other documents in line with housestyle guidelines event scheduling ensuring timely response to customer queries and concerns ensuring compliance with the IMS and other relevant regulations as may apply to the business.
You will take responsibility to challenge and develop yourself for excellent customer service to national and international customers.
Key responsibilities:
