Contract: Permanent

Hours: Full time

Description of role:

You will be part of the TWI India team based in Chennai which collaborates to streamline administrative processes ensuring accuracy timeliness and efficiency in all aspects of operations primarily related to training and examination services.

You will play a crucial by contributing towards smooth flow of operations and optimising administrative functions. This position requires a proactive teamworking thoroughgoing individual with strong communication and courtesy skills.

While working in a crossfunctional environment you will be responsible for coordinating with internal/ external stakeholders preparing reviewing and editing reports proposals and other documents in line with housestyle guidelines event scheduling ensuring timely response to customer queries and concerns ensuring compliance with the IMS and other relevant regulations as may apply to the business.

You will take responsibility to challenge and develop yourself for excellent customer service to national and international customers.

Key responsibilities:

  • Contributes toward continuous improvement in administration functions tools and techniques.

  • Contributes toward effective implementation of administration strategies.

  • Supports courteous and efficient office environment ensuring all tasks are completed in timely manner

  • Maintain necessary records and documentation as necessary to remain aligned with IMS and other applicable guidelines and regulations. Ensure systematic organisation for easy retrieval of information.

  • Ensure accuracy in maintaining and processing course participant records such as enrolment forms attendance feedback etc

  • Ensuring timely response to customer queries via email or telephone

  • Collaborate with the training department lecturers consultants and invigilators in administrative duties to ensure efficient flow of information

  • Participating in general office administration

  • Undertake any other duties as assigned by the line manager.

  • Collaborate with Company representatives Marketing and Finance team to ensure accurate and timely flow of processes.

  • Effectively communicate the Companys value proposition to relevant stakeholders
  • Effectively facilitating the relevant communication with internal and external stakeholders

  • Focus on customer satisfaction to foster loyalty and longterm retention by addressing needs and concerns in time.

  • Timely followup with interested parties to ensure any queries from customers and external stakeholders are resolved in time.

Stay updated and open to learn tools and technologies that can help improve admin processes
