This role performs a wide range of marketing activities including but not limited to digital marketing social media print marketing and event planning & coordination.

This is aregular fulltime nonexempt positionthat is eligible for overtime pay on hours worked over 40 during a work week based on the business needs and your availability.

Daily participation at our onlocation sites is an important part of our culture. Please be mindful of commute distance when considering applying.

• Have relationship building skills and are committed to providing their rural community with the information they need to achieve their goals.
• Have familiarity with agriculture and rural communities.
• Have experience with social media platforms market research campaign management and graphic design.

Previous experience with a CRM platform Canva Adobe Microsoft Office and HubSpot is a plus!

The Purpose of Your Role

The Marketing Assistant role is an integral part of our administrative team that works with our Marketing Coordinator to ensure that Association staff has the tools and skills to effectively market products and services and reach business plan goals and objectives. The primary function is to assist with planning organizing and implementing marketing and communication activities for the organization. The Marketing Assistant will function independently under general supervision. We are looking for candidates who wish to grow professionally. The goal remains consistent for all interactions:help customers feel more confident make clearer decisions and achieve their own dreams.
