As the company nears the close of a toptier Series A round and prepares to come out of stealth theyre expanding their leadership team to capitalize on major growth opportunities in the federal space.
The Opportunity:
This is a priority fill positionthe team is seeking a Chief of Staff to partner directly with the Founder/CEO and help drive across the business. Based onsite daily in Salt Lake City this role is at the heart of everything: internal ops hiring strategy calendar comms board prep investor decks and more.
Youll be the connective tissue across the orgmaking sure nothing slips decisions get made priorities stay clear and the CEO can focus on the highestleverage work. You need to be someone who can go from a pitch deck meeting with investors to ordering chairs for a new officeall before lunch.
This is for someone hungry missionaligned and deeply comfortable in the chaos of an earlystage startup. A getitdone operator with humility presence and the trust of the team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as a force multiplier for the CEOkeeping priorities aligned managing the calendar and driving followthrough across internal and external initiatives.
- Own internal operations: org rhythm OKRs team meetings hiring coordination and internal comms.
- Act as the hub between product engineering BD and opsensuring strategic initiatives are moving forward.
- Handle investor relations support board prep and external stakeholder communication.
- Jump into whatever the company needsfrom building internal dashboards to running point on a new office space or recruiting push.
- Help shape company culture and processes as the org scales from early team to growth stage.

Compensation:
$185K$200K base salary equity.
