## Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Commercial Account Manager to join our dynamic team. The Commercial Account Manager will be responsible for managing a diverse portfolio of commercial clients and ensuring exceptional service delivery. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial insurance and a passion for building and maintaining client relationships.
## Responsibilities
Develop and maintain strong relationships with commercial clients understanding their unique insurance needs and providing tailored solutions
Act as the primary point of contact for clients addressing inquiries concerns and providing ongoing support
Identify new business opportunities within the existing client portfolio and contribute to business development efforts
Collaborate with the underwriting team to ensure accurate and competitive quotes for clients
Stay updated with industry trends regulations and market changes to provide informed advice to clients
Analyze and assess clients risks and coverage requirements making suitable recommendations
Prepare and present regular reports to clients showcasing policy updates claims status and relevant industry insights
Work closely with internal teams to ensure excellent service delivery and streamline processes
## Qualifications
Proven experience as a Commercial Account Manager or similar role with a strong understanding of commercial insurance products and regulations
Excellent knowledge of Commercial Lines of Business such as Commercial Auto General Liability and Workers Comp
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with the ability to assess clients needs and provide effective solutions
Proficiency in insurance management systems and Microsoft Office Suite
Relevant insurance certifications and licenses (e.g. CIC CISR) are preferred

Bachelors degree in Business Administration Finance or a related field (preferred)
