The Variable Compensation Associate will be integral to our Service and Support team focusing on managing and responding to compensationrelated inquiries via chat email and phone. This role involves assistingcommissionable associates with questions about compensation conducting analysis and ensuring smooth communication across departments. Thisrole is crucial in maintainingthe integrity and efficiency of our compensation processes.
- Respond to and resolve inquiries related to Commission Compensation Quota and Earnings through various channels including chat email and phone.
- Assist Sales Associates in understanding commission calculations adjustments and payments.
- Utilize our ticketing inquiry system to manage and address a high volume of compensationrelated questions.
- Conduct research and analysis to resolve inquiries identifyanomalies and propose solutions.
- Process adjustment requests according to established documentation and guidelines.
- Collaborate with financial sales and operational departments to ensure accuratecommunication and coordination.
- Support system enhancements and process improvements by participatingin testing and providing feedback.
- Generate adhoc reports and analyses as requested by leadership and business partners.
- 1 year of relevant experience in a similar role.
- Proficiencyin basic Excel functions including VLOOKUP pivot tables and data filtering/sorting.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively manage inquiries in a fastpaced environment.
- Ability to handle ambiguity and unexpected changes while resolving complex inquiries.
- A proactive mindset with the willingness to take initiative and accept new projects.

Gartner believes in fair and equitable pay. A reasonable estimate of the base salary range for this role is 49000 USD 68000 USD. Please note that actual salaries may vary within the range or be above or below the range based on factors including but not limited to education training experience professional achievement business need and location. In addition to base salary employees will participate in either an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance or a rolebased uncapped sales incentive plan. Our talent acquisition team will provide the specific opportunity on our bonus or incentive programs to eligible candidates. We also offer market leading benefit programs including generous PTO a 401k match up to $7200 per year the opportunity to purchase company stock at a discount and more.
