About the Role
As a member of our dynamic team you will report to the Catering Manager and work within a fastpaced teamfocused environment at Joondalup Health Campus.
Your duties will include but are not limited to:
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Setting up plating and distributing patient meals and beverages
- Undertake cleaning duties throughout the department and at ward level whilst keeping in line with HACCP/Food Safety regulations infection control and hospital standards
- Dishwashing
- Allergy control awareness
Successful candidates must have the ability to work shifts across a 14day rotating roster which may involve weekdays weekend and public holidays working a variety of shifts starting fromand.
Skills and Experience
The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic the ability to stay calm under pressure and be punctual reliable with a dedication to offering authentic friendly customer service.
- Previous experience in a customer service kitchen and hospitality is essential
- Previous experience in hospitals is desirable
- Understanding of food safety and hygiene principles
- Ability to be sensitive to customer information their needs and wants
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a strong customer focus
- Compliance with HACCP Food Safety and Workplace Health and Safety
- Willingness to accept and promote Ramsays core values
Remuneration: On offer is a base hourly rate of $27.87 superannuation exclusive of penalties or allowances.
