Job Description
with focus on demand & supply planning
Support the Material Planning process as well as the of the
material plan and finished goods volumes for the production team
Ordering stock from suppliers and principals to fulfil customer demand
and maintaining service levels
Ability to provide stock analysis to drive profitability and maintain optimal
stock levels
Resolving issues where stock does not arrive on time in full
Ensure that the monthly production schedule is aligned to forecasts to
ensure delivery in line with sales requirements
Work in conjunction with the Planning Logistics and Sales to guarantee
order fulfilment in line with customer requirements
Maintaining all documents relating to supply chain processes in
accordance with shipping and quality requirements
Communicating informed risks within the business to key stakeholders
Managing the forecasts and coordination of raw materials and production
for various thirdparty/contract bottlers
Supporting adhoc forecasting and planning processes
CIPS/CPIM would be advantageous
EXPERIENCE
A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in a planning environment (Demand planning S&OP management supply planning).
Shipping knowledge and materials planning would be advantageous.
MS Office competency highly competent in Excel
Experience with planning/demand/forecasting tools
SAP or similar ERP experience is a requirement
