Blizzard is on a quest to find a legendary Product Marketing Coordinator to join the Diablo marketing team. This role requires a selfmotivated highly organized creative problem solver with excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with crossfunctional teams in the gaming industry. The ideal candidate is collaborative and datadriven. This individual will support the senior marketing team by executing marketing campaigns synthesizing product information and creating marketing copy performing administrative tasks and conducting market research across the Diablo franchise. This individual is passionate about their craft savvy about our industry its players and best practices and interested in forging the future of one of entertainments greatest brands Diablo!
This role is anticipated to be a hybrid work position with some work onsite and some workfromhome. The home studio for this role is Irvine CA.
What you bring to the table:
Priorities can often change in a fastpaced environment like ours so this role includes but is not limited to the following responsibilities:
Work within the Product Marketing team to support daytoday operational tasks support the of marketing plans and Product Marketing strategies for Diablo IV and other Diablo mainline titles share communication plans & updates coordinate meetings and follow up on action items
Support gotomarket planning and across marketing functions PR Community Brand Paid Media Social Partnerships and more
Support with the creation of preparing copy for various marketing materials including emails social media posts and website content related to Diablo IV to be used for a variety of internal and external facing scenarios
Leverage research insights past learnings game and business intelligence to better understand audiences the player journey and future opportunities. Generate and execute on actionable insights.
Read Product & Design documentation and synthesize the information for a crossfunctional marketing audience.
Work with marketing leaders across regions to coordinate develop measure and improve global marketing strategies and tactics.
Manage relationships with developers crossfunctional teams and various publishing functions and promote collaboration and alignment against business and campaign objectives.
Collaborate with Product Management finance and other commercial partners; contribute to aspects of business planning including player acquisition and retention launch/promotions timing and lifecycle planning.
Work with 1st party partners and partner teams to support additional earned opportunities and maximize impact across the sales platforms.
Continually monitor local game analytics and media and marketing program performance and make recommendations to ensure that business goals are exceeded.
Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure the timely delivery of marketing projects.
Maintain and update marketing calendars and project timelines.
Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in the gaming industry.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelors degree in Marketing Communications or a related field.
1 2 years relevant work experience working in Product Strategy Product Marketing or Strategy Consulting
Excellent organizational and project management skills with the ability to effectively manage and complete multiple priorities and projects simultaneously
Strong writing skills and presentation skills with a keen eye for detail
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
A selfstarter who can take initiative work independently and as part of a team.
Strong problemsolving and analytical skills.
Extra Points
Direct experience in the gaming industry or marketing video games
Familiarity with digital marketing and social media platforms.
Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative ideas
Masters Degree in Business Administration
Prior experience working for an international company or brand

You can learn more by visiting the U.S. the standard base pay range for this role is $21.63 $40.02 Hourly. These values reflect the expected base pay range of new hires across all U.S. locations. Ultimately your specific range and offer will be based on several factors including relevant experience performance and work location. Your Talent Professional can share this roles range details for your local geography during the hiring process. In addition to a competitive base pay employees in this role may be eligible for incentive compensation. Incentive compensation is not guaranteed. While we strive to provide competitive offers to successful candidates new hire compensation is negotiable.
