Project Manager II New Product Development Software Development

In this role you will have the opportunity to:

• Lead large strategic projects that are typically of moderate or high complexity and primarily cross multiple departments.
• Plan execute and implement projects to deliver intended business outcomes ideally on time on budget and within scope according to business priorities.
• Throughout the lifecycle of the projects the PM II ensures consistent reliable and transparent project which effectively and efficiently utilizes organization resources.

The essential requirements of the job include:

• Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience (required)

• Minimum of two years project management experience (required)

• Prefer minimum of five years work experience in a high tech or biotech company (preferred)

• General knowledge and experience in the use of project management and SDLC methodologies and tools (example: Agile SCRUM Waterfall or Iterative). General understanding of process change product development manufacturing or software development. (preferred)

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

• Leadership problemsolving and criticalthinking skills

• Proven ability to influence motivate drive collaboration and assess performance across all project team members

• Strong written and verbal communication skills in addition to facilitation and presentation skills. Effectively interact with various levels in the organization.

This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
