As Operations Manager at our fully automated Ingram Micro distribution center in Fort Worth Texas youll lead highimpact teams and oversee the seamless flow of goods from inbound receipt through outbound delivery. Youll drive operational excellence by implementing lean principles leveraging data analytics and creating a culture of continuous improvement. Your leadership will ensure that productivity safety quality and efficiency are always top of mind while maximizing automation and optimizing warehouse performance.
In this role youll be responsible for managing warehouse operations including processing packaging and storage of products in accordance with company standards and customer expectations. Youll collaborate crossfunctionally to ensure effective scheduling space utilization and adherence to KPIs while championing innovation and accountability.
Lead and mentor a team of warehouse professionals and support staff to meet daily operational goals.
Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) identifying trends and using data to drive continuous improvement.
Oversee the receipt storage and shipment of goods ensuring accuracy timeliness and quality.
Implement and support lean process improvements that reduce waste improve flow and optimize facility utilization.
Ensure compliance with all safety quality and operational standards.
Collaborate with leadership and crossfunctional teams to manage capacity resolve challenges and support company objectives.
Maintain accountability for labor planning resource allocation and performance management.
Support automation initiatives and leverage systems such as SAP IMFirst and IMPulse for operational effectiveness.
Proven leadership experience managing highperforming warehouse or distribution teams.
Deep understanding of warehouse operations lean manufacturing principles and process optimization.
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills; comfortable using data and dashboards to make informed decisions.
Ability to adapt priorities and manage change in a fastpaced environment.
Excellent communication interpersonal and collaboration skills.
Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) automated technologies and continuous improvement initiatives.
Bachelors degree or equivalent experience in logistics supply chain operations engineering or a related field.
5 years of experience in distribution fulfillment or supply chain operations.
2 years in a supervisory or leadership role with a focus on people development.
Experience in an automated warehouse environment a plus.
Lean Six Sigma certification or familiarity is a strong advantage.

The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $84500.00 $143700.00 per year.The ranges above reflect the potential annual base pay across the U.S. for all roles; the applicable base pay range will depend on the candidates primary work location pay grade and variable compensation plan. Individual base pay within each range depends on various factors in addition to primary work location such as complexity and responsibility of role job duties/requirements and relevant experience and skills. Base pay ranges are reviewed and typically updated each year. Offers are made within the base pay range applicable at the time of hire. New hires starting base pay generally falls in the bottom half (between the minimum and midpoint) of a pay range.
