Truck Mechanic progresses to Service Director. Are you ready to dream bigger
This company has a strong foundation with 3 regional locations and private equity backing. They are currently expanding into the Southern States.
You will be a key player in helping them expand from $50m to $500m and there will be opportunities to progress to Operation Director level.
You will be managing nationwide commercial roofing projects ranging in value from $400k $3m by leading a team of onsite Superintendents from the branch headquarters this means minimal travel for you!
You must be a driven team player who wants to better yourself and help build a great company.

You Must Have
- 5 years project management experience
- Strong technical knowledge of commercial roofing
- Proven track record delivering mutimilliondollar projects
- Organised and able to manage multiple complex jobs simultaneously

This is 70 reroofing 20 new construction and 10 service installing every type of commercial roof system; hot or cold TPO PVC BUR and also metal wall panels and facades.
