Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Systems Automation Developer to join our dynamic IT team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Ansible for automation a strong background in IT service management ITSM with platforms such as ServiceNow and a deep understanding of cloud services across AWS Azure and GCP . The role requires a solid grasp of configuration management within these cloud environments. Experience with Terraform is highly desirable.
Responsibilities
Design and implement automation solutions using Ansible to streamline IT operations. Writes debugs and maintains source code using best practices as assigned. Collaborates and communicates closely with teams to provide solutions to infrastructure and software engineering tasks. Becomes proficient in new technologies in a timely manner as assigned and determined by management and team lead. Builds and releases configuration management deployments for Linux Windows and other systems as assigned. Troubleshoot and resolve issues in development test and production environments. Develop integration between Ansible playbooks ServiceNow and Terraform. Manage and maintain cloud infrastructure across Azure AWS and GCP with a focus on configuration management. Utilize Terraform to codify cloud resources and ensure efficient deployment and scalability. Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to understand requirements and deliver automation strategies. Drive continuous improvement by evaluating and adopting new cloud technologies and automation tools. Completes assigned duties in a timely manner as determined by management and team lead.
Minimum Qualifications
Require a bachelors degree in a related area or equivalency (one year of education can be substituted for two years of related work experience) and 35 years of experience in the field or in a related area. Applicants must demonstrate the potential ability to perform the essential functions of the job as outlined in the position description.
