We will count on you to:
Coordinate cash allocation process
Issuing an invoices
Reporting and resolving of any incompatibilities in invoices
Reconcile brokers remuneration with insurers
Handle of orders / transactions according to internal company standards (procedures regulations)
Perform month closing activities
Verify of the correctness of financial documents
Handle long term business relationships with our stakeholders
Prepare ad hoc daily or monthly reports and forecasts on different purposes
Improve the process using the previous experience and gained knowledge
What you need to have:
1 year of work experience in a similar position
Good knowledge of English
Working knowledge of Excel
Strong organizational and timemanagement skills
Ability to work within tight operational deadlines and priorities
Very strong ownership and responsibility for the assigned activities
Ability to work analytically in a problemsolving environment
What makes you stand out:
Previous experience in SSC / BPO company
University degree (finance / economics)
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Clientfocus and proactive approach
Knowledge of additional language (German Dutch French Spanish Romanian Italian Portuguese Greek)
