Responsibilities:
- Provide personal care and assistance with daily activities such as bathing dressing and grooming
- Assist with meal preparation and feeding
- Perform light housekeeping duties and laundry
- Accompany clients to appointments and outings
- Administer medication reminders
- Report any changes in clients condition to the supervising nurse or manager
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of care provided
- Communicate effectively with clients and their families
- Bilingual and fluent in Spanish
