Company:
The Boeing CompanyBoeing Global Services (BGS) is seeking an Experienced Planning & Scheduling Specialist to join our team in Tukwila WA. In this role you will be on working with internal crossfunctional teams to develop & maintain project schedules on KC46 program.
Responsibilities:
- Leads preparation development and coordination of an integrated plan and schedule to meet program and/or project requirements
- Leads the development of program plans schedules and coordinates with affected organizations documents work statements and resulting schedules
- Supports the integration of program plans and schedules horizontally and vertically across company functional product groups suppliers and partners of moderate complexity
- Identifies and reports performance variances
- Leads the review of proposed changes to the baseline
This is an onsite position.
Basic Qualifications: (Required Skills / Experience)
- Bachelors degree or higher
- Experience in a role requiring project / program management skills
- Microsoft Office experience (Word Excel PowerPoint)
Preferred Qualifications: (Desired Skills / Experience)
- Experience with EVM Earned Value Management
- Experience working with PowerBI Tableau or other business intelligence systems
- Experience conducting data analysis with Excel
- Experience with Agile / SAFe Methodology
- Experience with SQL and SQL Server
- Experience with scheduling tools (e.g. Microsoft Project OpenPlan Primavera etc.
