Job Description
Join our leadership team as a Team Manager for Home Lending Closers where youll drive performance and implement best practices to enhance the closing process. Lead a team to success in a collaborative and dynamic environment.
As the Team Manager for Home Lending Closers you will be responsible for leading and overseeing a team of Closers ensuring the efficient and accurate processing of title and closing documents. Your role involves providing leadership guidance and support to the team fostering a collaborative environment and ensuring all closings meet business requirements and deadlines.
Job Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of Closers providing guidance support and performance feedback.
- Oversee the review and processing of title and closing documents for accuracy and compliance.
- Monitor the teams pipeline identifying pain points or opportunities for improvement.
- Foster strong relationships with internal partners and external vendors for smooth collaboration.
- Implement best practices and process improvements to enhance closing efficiency.
- Ensure the team maintains clear notes and ETAs demonstrating urgency in managing short closings.
- Provide training and development opportunities to enhance team skills and performance.
- Address escalated issues or challenges resolving them promptly and effectively.
Required Qualifications Capabilities and Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Proven leadership experience in home lending or real estate industry.
- Strong understanding of title and closing processes.
- Excellent communication interpersonal and leadership skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fastpaced environment and manage multiple priorities.
