Join our leadership team as a Team Manager for Home Lending Closers where youll drive performance and implement best practices to enhance the closing process. Lead a team to success in a collaborative and dynamic environment.


As the Team Manager for Home Lending Closers you will be responsible for leading and overseeing a team of Closers ensuring the efficient and accurate processing of title and closing documents. Your role involves providing leadership guidance and support to the team fostering a collaborative environment and ensuring all closings meet business requirements and deadlines.

Job Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of Closers providing guidance support and performance feedback.
  • Oversee the review and processing of title and closing documents for accuracy and compliance.
  • Monitor the teams pipeline identifying pain points or opportunities for improvement.
  • Foster strong relationships with internal partners and external vendors for smooth collaboration.
  • Implement best practices and process improvements to enhance closing efficiency.
  • Ensure the team maintains clear notes and ETAs demonstrating urgency in managing short closings.
  • Provide training and development opportunities to enhance team skills and performance.
  • Address escalated issues or challenges resolving them promptly and effectively.

Required Qualifications Capabilities and Skills

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Proven leadership experience in home lending or real estate industry.
  • Strong understanding of title and closing processes.
  • Excellent communication interpersonal and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fastpaced environment and manage multiple priorities.

Preferred Qualifications Capabilities and Skills

  • Strong problemsolving and decisionmaking abilities.
  • Ability to motivate and inspire a team to achieve performance goals.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong partnerships with stakeholders.
  • Assertiveness and a proactive approach to managing the teams pipeline and challenges.
  • Additional education in real estate finance or management is a plus.
