Context/ ROLE
Edenred Mobility is launching a digital transformation program to overhaul the experience of fleet managers drivers and merchants. As part of this initiative Edenred Mobility is looking for a Technical Business Analyst with Data Analytics experience.
Position SCOPE & Key Responsibilities
As part of Summit program the Technical Business Analyst with Data Analytics experience will play a pivotal role by leveraging your expertise in data analysis to derive actionable insights and support product decisionmaking processes while maintaining a close relationship with key stakeholders both technical and nontechnical.
You will work closely with crossfunctional teams to understand data requirements and provide strategic guidance on datadriven initiatives. Your role requires experience in creating Key Performance Indicator (KPI) reports to support the programs objectives.
- Collaborate with product tech and business stakeholders to capture and define data requirements frame tracking tactics prioritize deliverables and ensure alignment with program goals.
- Create visualization analytics dashboards and reports to communicate key findings and insights to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Conduct product usage and product strategy data analysis for all Edenred Mobility customers (Fleet Managers Merchants Drivers) to identify trends patterns and correlations and eventually support Summit product roadmap design.
- Provide guidance and support to Summit programs team members fostering a culture of data centricity continuous learning and professional development.
- Stay abreast of emerging trends and technologies in data analysis and proactively recommend innovative solutions to enhance program effectiveness.
Required skills & profile
Experience
- 3 years work experience in a similar data analyst function in an innovative company (startup scaleup or any techdriven company) preferably in large scale program
- Education: Master or Bachelor degree
Demonstrating:
- Ability to manipulate very large data sets assess their quality and analyze them using advanced statistical methods and tools to uncover patterns and correlations.
- Proficient in database querying and gathering data from various sources.
- Experience in SQL or equivalent with data visualization tools such as Power BI or equivalent.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into accurate and timely reports that help stakeholders understand and act on key data insights. Strong problemsolving abilities with a proactive and collaborative approach to working in a dynamic team environment.
- Effective communication skills with the ability to present technical information to nontechnical stakeholders clearly and concisely.
- Strong interpersonal skills able to foster relationships with peers and other functions.
- Languages required: excellent English German is a plus as any other European language.
