Job description:

We are seeking a university student currently enrolled in a program related to Logistics Supply Chain Sciences or similar fields to join our Logistics team. MBA students in relevant areas are also welcome to apply. This role involves operational and datadriven tasks focused on improving processes managing information and optimizing tools within the logistics function.

Responsibilities:

• Trackwise Records Management:
  • Organize and clean Trackwise records to ensure accurate historical information on deviations.
  • Assist in tracking and resolving new deviations maintaining updated and reliable records.
• Master Data Management:
  • Support efforts to ensure consistency in master data tables and resolve identified outliers.
  • Contribute to defining and implementing best practices for data standardization.
• SharePoint and Tools Optimization:
  • Collaborate on updating and improving SharePoint tools including enhancements to the Logistics homepage.
  • Suggest and implement optimizations to internal logistics tools to streamline processes.
• Documentation and Back Office Support:
  • Assist in cleaning and organizing logistics documentation to ensure compliance and accessibility.
  • Contribute to backoffice activities that support efficient logistics operations.
• Operational Baseline Development:
  • Work with the team to establish a solid baseline for logistics deviations and improvement initiatives for the upcoming year.

Qualifications:

• Must be currently enrolled in a bachelors or masters degree program in Logistics Supply Chain Sciences or a related field.
• MBA students with relevant experience or academic focus are also encouraged to apply.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail and a proactive mindset.
• Familiarity with tools like SharePoint and Trackwise is a plus but not mandatory.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team and independently when required.

Reporting Line:

This position reports to the Cold Chain Quality Logistics Business Owner.

Development Opportunities:

The intern will have regular interaction with key areas such as Quality Customer Service and Operations providing valuable exposure to crossfunctional collaboration.
