About the role
As the Senior Coordinator Student and Program Lifecycle you will be responsible for the effective management of the academic and student lifecycle services within the School. You will provide leadership and line management to the Schools Student and Program Lifecycle team ensuring the delivery of highquality support for learning and teaching activities and student and program administrative services.
You will ensure the provision of excellent customer service and support to students managing enquiries and administration across all stages of the student lifecycle including overseeing processes related to orientation enrolment progression program changes and completions.
You will be responsible for leading the continuous improvement of service delivery ensuring the Schools academic and student support functions operate efficiently and effectively as well as ensuring effective implementation and uptake of new University systems and processes and changes to policy and procedures in line with University requirements.
In addition you will be responsible for liaising with College and University teams to triage and investigate student complaints and appeals for the School.
To be successful in this position you will have:
Substantial experience and expertise in the provision of quality student and program administration services and a demonstrated working knowledge of relevant university policies and procedures.
Substantial experience leading a team of administrative staff with a commitment to providing a high level of customer service and a culture of continuous improvement.
Excellent organisational and project management skills with the ability to proactively manage changing and competing priorities and deliver high quality outcomes within tight deadlines in a pressured environment.
Highly developed interpersonal skills and strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to build effective working relationships with a range of stakeholders across the organization.
Demonstarted ability to collect and analyse data produce reports and develop and implement strategies that effectively address areas for improvement within the immediate work area.
Demonstrated ability to develop implement and review systems and processes and to creatively resolve implementation issues.
